Prohibited items notice
Customers must not ship prohibited, restricted, hazardous, illegal, or undeclared goods. Equiifirst Logistics may refuse, hold, inspect, or report non-compliant cargo.
Sender declaration wording
The sender confirms that all Package Contents are accurately declared and that the Shipment does not contain restricted or prohibited items.
7-day collection notice
Packages should be collected within 7 days after arrival notification. Storage fees, warehousing charges, or demurrage may apply after the collection window.
Customer responsibility for Package Contents
Customers are responsible for declaring Package Contents accurately, including quantity, description, and declared value when applicable.
